When registering an Entry (Team) you can keep one place 'free' for a later addition. But one only. The correct way to do this is to start typing 'To Be...' in the Player field and the autocomplete scheme will provide the full 'name' as To Be Advised. You may only use this once in an Entry; you cannot, for example, in a Triples event use your name for Player 1 and then 2 further players with the 'name' as To Be Advised. At any stage after using this type of 'place-holder' you can go in and Edit the Entry (open the View Entries screen). The only constraint here is that the editing will only be confirmed if you also supply the precise email address or phone number used to register the Entry in the first instance. This constraint is also required to Delete an Entry.
